Unique Celebration of Hanuman Jayanti by SMWB Youth Club of Karelibaug in Vadodara

Distributed food packets and lemon juice at SSG and Samras hospitals for Corona Patients

SMW Youth Club Karelibaug Vadodara has been organising Bhandara for the last 15 years on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. It was customary for many people to join this bhandara and take prasad.

From the year 2020, considering the covid situation the group is engaged in something unique to celebrate the occasion and also to avoid crowd gathering and maintain social distancing. Last year on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, 2,500 kits of food grains were distributed to the needy enough to run for 15 days.

This year on Hanuman Jayanti they distributed 900 packets of fruit and 900 bottles of lemon water to covid patients at SSG and Samaras Hospital. in Koro epidemic to mark Hanuman's birth anniversary. In addition, they provide food to 500 relatives of the patients.

In addition, for the last 12 days, SMWB Youth Club has provided 600 bottles of lemonade and food packets including pulses, bread to 500 persons. Volunteers of SMWB Youth Club Kamlesh Nayak and Ashish Dave have stated that the service is running continuously and they will continue to help people in need.
