Unidentified bike riders stopped the car of a trader involved in the drug packing business near Vuda Circle in Vadodara city and looted a purse containing Rs 65,000 in cash from him . Fategunj police is further investigating in the case based in the complaint given by the trader.

Shaileshbhai Shah, lives in Nizampura area is the proprietor of Paras Engineering in Ranoli GIDC. On Thursday night, he was traveling in a car with his son from Chhani Jakatnaka to Karelibaug when two strangers on bike chased them and signalled that there was something wrong with their car near Vuda Circle.

His son Krunal stopped the car on the side to check. However they found nothing and get back inside the car and started the engine. However they immediately got out after smelled some chemical inside.

At that time, two unidentified bikers suddenly rushed towards them and snatched a bag full of Rs 65,000 in cash from Shaileshbhai’s hand and fled. It is to be noted here that this cash was taken out to pay the salaries of the employees.

Based on the complaint, Fategunj police registered a case against unknown persons and search is on to nab the accused.
