Vadodara crime branch arrested two for murder and throw the body inside Mahisagar river near Fajalpur

The Vadodara Crime Branch has solved the case where the body of an unidentified girl was found on 4th October from Mahisagar river passing near Fajalpur near Vadodara city. Her hands and legs were tied and fire brigade took out the body from the water. It has been revealed that the girl was killed in a love affair. The crime branch has nabbed the truck driver and cleaner from Uttar Pradesh who killed the girl.

On October 4, the Vadodara Fire Brigade Command and Control Center was informed by the police control room that the body was floating in the Mahisagar river. Firefighters from the TP13 fire station in Vadodara rushed to the spot and pulled the girl’s body out of the water. Both her legs, arms and mouth were tied. It was also speculated that the girl had been thrown into the river two or three days ago.

Meanwhile, the Vadodara Crime Branch began investigation in the case and has revealed that she was killed in the incident. A Crime Branch team has nabbed the truck driver and cleaner from Uttar Pradesh based on technical sources and CCTV footage. According to the information received, the deceased was identified as Gudiya alias (Fuljahan) Imtiaz Khan from Jamnipur, Tigra Taluka, Akbarpur, district Ambedkar Nagar in Uttar Pradesh.

Giving details Crime Branch DCP Jaideep Sinh Jadeja said, that the main accused Mujasam alias Sebu’s younger brother Soheb had a love affair with the deceased and he did not live with her. So the deceased Gudiya alias Muskaan gives a application in Chanda police station at Sultanpur in Uttar Pradesh against him and the main accused. After settling the petition, Gudiya alias Muskan started living in Mumbai with Shoeb. Sebu did not like Muskan so he decided to kill her and throw somewhere.

After that, the main accused lured Muskan and told her to accompany him for a ride to Gujarat and drove towards Changodar in Gujarat on 2nd October along with cleaner Sandeep Shrivastav. After the truck passed through Karjan Toll Naka, the main accused Sebu and Muskan got into Krishna’s truck number 1262 along with Krishna’s two cleaners and Sandeep drove the Sebu’s truck. Near the Baroda toll plaza Sebu ask Sandeep to get in his truck and asking Krishna to slow down the truck crossing the toll gate. Later Sebu and Sandeep strangled the deceased Gudiya alias Muskaan, tied her hands and feet with a dupatta, tied throwed her inside the Mahisagar river bridge on the expressway. Later they unload the truck at Changodar and returned to Mumbai.

During Investigation and with the technical, the crime branch found the names and addresses of the suspected truck drivers passing through the expressway from 1/10/2020 to 3/10/2020. On the basis of which the main accused Mujasam alias Sebu Khan was arrested from Bhachau and co-accused Sandeep Srivastava from Morbi and the whole incident has been exposed.
