Thalapathy 64’s first-look to release on December 31, makers confirmation

interesting star cast

Tentatively
titled Thalapathy 64, the film’s shooting is progressing at a brisk pace in
Karnataka. Ahead of the New Year, the makers of Thalapathy 64 decided to give
the perfect treat to Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi’s die-hard fans.

In a
surprise announcement, the team revealed the release date of the first-look
poster.

According to
the makers, the first-look poster of Thalapathy 64 will release on December 31
at 5 PM. It is unclear whether the team will release the title of the film on
New Year’s Eve.

Sharing the poster, director Lokesh Kanagaraj wrote:

The makers
wanted to end the year with a bang and hence the first-look announcement will
be the perfect way to ring in New Year. Within no time, the #Thalapathy64
hashtag is trending on Twitter with several fans sharing the first look release
date announcement poster.

Presently,
the team of Thalapathy 64 is shooting at the Shivmogga prison in Karnataka

The star cast
of Thalapathy 64 includes Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea
Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj and Arjun Das. The film, produced by XB Film
Creators, has music scored by Anirudh Ravichander.
