Paytm rolls out ‘Hide Payment’ feature to hide select transitions from payment history

This new capability allows individuals to privately hide and unhide selected transactions from their payment history.

Whether it’s a surprise gift, a late-night food order, a pharmacy visit, or a personal purchase from a local shop, ‘Hide Payment’ helps keep such transactions private or simply out of view.

This feature helps keep surprises under wraps, personal expenses private, and lets a sweet indulgence stay unnoticed while on a diet — offering greater control over payment history without compromising accessibility.

Step 1: Open Paytm app and go to “Balance & History”
Step 2: Swipe left on the transaction you want to hide
Step 3: Tap “Hide”
Step 4: Confirm by selecting “Yes”
The payment will be hidden from your history.

Step 1: Open Paytm app > “Balance & History”
Step 2: Tap the three-dot icon > Select “View Hidden Payments”
Step 3: Verify using your PIN or biometric authentication
Step 4: Swipe left on the hidden transaction
Sep 5: Tap “Unhide”
The payment will reappear in your transaction history.
