CES 2022: NxtWear Air and Leiniao Air AR glasses are launched by TCL
In the first quarter of 2022, NxtWear Air will be available worldwide
At CES 2022, TCL announced two new smart glasses called TCL NxtWear Air and TCL Leiniao Air. TCL NxtWear Air glasses have a built-in stereo speaker that can be used with Bluetooth or cable headphones, as well as two magnetic interchangeable plates that can be mounted to the front of the frame to modify the look of the glasses.
"With dual 1080p Micro OLED displays, the TCL NxtWear Air delivers ample detail, punchy, rich and vibrant colors, as well as deep shadows and inky blacks. It also creates an expansive, immersive viewing environment, which is the equivalent of watching a 140-inch screen, 4 metres away - similar to being in a movie theatre," the company said in a statement.
TCL has not yet divulged the price of NxtWear Air, which will be available worldwide in the first quarter of 2022.
TCL's Leiniao Air AR glasses are the first binocular full-color MicroLED holographic optical waveguide AR glasses in the industry.
These are designed to serve as a heads-up display, displaying pertinent fitness data, weather forecasts, and other information while exercising.
This pair of glasses will be updated in the future to include new features such as information prompts, photo sharing, smart connection controls, multi-screen presentation, automotive compatibility, and more.
