After completing 4 years at company, Meta employee gets fired says future is uncertain
A former Meta employee took to LinkedIn and shared that she lost her job after completing nearly 4 years at the company

The layoffs wave in the tech sector refuses to die down anytime soon as people are still waking up to dreadful layoffs mail that can turn their lives upside down in just a few minutes.
The moment you get to know that you are being given the pink slip, you suddenly feel an uncertainty looming over you. And that is exactly what happened with a Meta employee who, like many others, lost her job recently and shared her story on LinkedIn in hopes of connecting with the right people.
And just like that, I have the privilege of sharing that today is my official last day at Meta as a result of the most recent restructuring layoffs. Sure it stings and with it comes the uncertainty that follows moments of transition, but the last nearly four years have been quite the ride personally and professionally, she wrote at the beginning of her post.
The ex-Meta employee, who was working as a Senior Program Manager, then added that she has worked with some 'brilliant humans' during her stint at the company that make up an exceptionally world class learning and development team.
She then expressed gratitude for working with such amazing colleagues and partner that she had the chance to engage with and will be forever changed for the better as a result of it.
