In a latest report by sources the fall has been attributed to the uncertainty around the Monetary Policy Decision of The Reserve Bank of India.
The 30-share Sensex was trading 416.56 points or 0.71 per cent higher at 59,279.13

The BSE gauge was trading 1,155.61 points or 2 per cent lower at 56,702.54 in early trade
The Sensex had opened in the red at 59,023.97 points and tumbled to a low of 58,250.89 points in the early trade on Monday morning.
The BSE Sensex fell 530 points at 59,568. It touched an intra-day low of 59,478 before. The NSE Nifty was at 17,794, lower by 143 points.
