Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has expressed confidence that India’s defence exports will reach 50,000 crore rupees by 2030.
During the meeting, Rajnath Singh mentioned the friendship between India and Russia, saying New Delhi has always stood by its Russian friends and will continue to do so in future.
He is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with his Maldivian counterpart to review the entire gamut of defence relations between the two countries
The Defence Minister is currently under home quarantine with mild symptoms
The Defence Minister highlighted that India offers an enhanced defence partnership to the friendly foreign nations
The equipment and systems have been jointly developed by the Indian Army in collaboration with Defence Research and Development Organisation
The scheme has been named Agnipath and the youth selected under the scheme will be known as ‘Agniveers’
