Nigeria will honour Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the GCON award, making him the second foreign dignitary to receive this honour after Queen Elizabeth.
PM Modi said there is immense scope for ties to flourish even further in sectors like defence, energy, technology, trade, health, education and more.
