Vadodara Municipal Corporation’s election campaign has reached its climax. Rallies were held in various parts of the city today in which BJP and Congress supporters clashed in Ward No. 16. It is said that after attack on son of Congress leader the supporters violently clashed with each other.

As part of making the Mission 76 successful in the Vadodara Municipal Corporation, rallies were organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress and other parties in various parts of Vadodara city before the election campaign ends at 5 pm today. Traffic in many parts were disrupted due to the rallies as parties make last minute efforts to woo the voters.

In Ward No. 16 of Vadodara city, Congress and BJP candidates were holding a campaign rally on Waghodia Road, Dabhoi Road, during which arguments were seen after both came in front of each other. It is said that after attack on son of Congress leader the supporters violently clashed with each other.

Police reached the spot and control the situation before it went out of their hands.
