Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur has congratulated Ram Baboo and Manju Rani on winning bronze medal in the 35-kilo-meterkilo meter Race Walk Mixed Team event at the Asian Games 2022.
In a social media post, he said that it is an exemplary performance and their incredible display of stamina, endurance and resilience has brought pride to the nation.
He added that both athletes have shown exceptional grit and dedication.

In a social media post, he said, talented athletes from various sports disciplines have made this historic moment possible, with five more days to go before the curtain falls on this edition.
In 2018 Jakarta Asian Games, India had got 70 medals.
Till now, in the Hangzhou Asian Games India has won 71 games. The 19th Asian Games will conclude on Sunday.
