IPL President Brijesh Patel confirms 2022 edition to begin on 26th March

Indian Premier League (IPL) President Brijesh Patel has confirmed that the 2022 edition will begin on March 26th. The final of the cash-rich league will be played on May 29. Maharashtra will host the entire IPL season.

will be 55 matches in Mumbai and 15 in Pune. The matches will be staged in Wankhede Stadium, Brabourne Stadium, DY Patil Stadium (all in Mumbai), and the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) ground in Pune.
