India moves to top of World Test Championship 2023-25 Standings

India moved to the top of World Test Championship 2023-25 Standings after their epic win over South Africa yesterday.

It was India’s second win in the ongoing World Test Championship cycle.

Defeating South Africa by seven wickets in Cape Town helped India earn 12 crucial points, which allowed the team to move up the table.

The two-match Test series between India and South Africa concluded yesterday with the teams sharing one victory each. 

Earlier, the defeat in Centurion pushed India to the sixth spot but yesterday's win put them back at the number one spot. 

According to the current standings, South Africa lies at the second position while New Zealand is at the 3rd.
