French Open Badminton, Indian shuttlers will be palying their pre-quarterfinal matches in Paris today.

In Women's Singles, two-time Olympic medallist PV Sindhu will take on Beiwen Zhang of the United States. She overpowered Canada’s Michelle Li, 20-22, 22-20, 21-19 in their first-round.

In Men's Singles, Kidambi Srikanth will take on Lu Guang Zu of China in Round of 16. Srikanth defeated Chinese Taipei's Chou Tien-chen in the opening round.

Lakshya Sen will lock horns with Li Shi Feng of China. Sen registered a win over Japan’s Kanta Tsuneyama in the first round. 

However, HS Prannoy made an early exit from the tournament after losing to Lu Guang Zu.

Women's Doubles Pair of Commonwealth Games bronze medallists Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand will meet Japan's Yuki Fukushima and Sayaka Hirota.

They progressed to the pre-quarterfinals after claiming a vitctory over Ashwini Ponnappa and Tanisha Crasto in an all-Indian opening match.

In Men's Doubles, duo, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will lock horns with Malaysia's Man Wei Chong and Tee Kai Wun. World Number One, Men’s doubles Pair defeated Malaysia’s Ong Yew Sin and Teo Ee Yi in the opening round.
