India will take on Morocco in its second group-stage match today at the Kalinga Stadium in Odisha capital Bhubaneswar at 8 pm IST.
Thomas Dennerby-coached India lost its opening match of the tournament against the USA on Tuesday. On the same day, Brazil defeated Morocco by 1-0.
India is hosting the tournament for the first time which is scheduled between the 11th to 30th of October this year.
The matches will be played at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, PJN Stadium in Goa, and DY Patil Sports Stadium in Navi Mumbai.
Earlier, Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Thakur expressed happiness that the Bureau of the FIFA Council has lifted the suspension of the All India Football Federation and regarded it as a victory for all football fans
