Akanksha Salunkhe and Tanvi Khanna reach quarterfinals of 2nd International Women’s Open

In squash, India’s Akanksha Salunkhe and Tanvi Khanna have advanced to the women’s singles quarterfinals of the 2nd International Women’s Open of Couzeix 2024 in France.

Akanksha entered the quarterfinals by defeating Lauren Baltayan of France, 3-Nil, while Tanvi beat England’s Asia Harris, 3-1, in the pre-quarterfinal yesterday.

Sixth-seeded Akanksha will next take on Kiera Marshall of England tonight. Tanvi will lock horns with the fifth-seeded Menna Walid of Egypt in the quarterfinal.
