Pandey from Ankleshwar (Gujarat) gets the recognition as a Silent Corona
warrior for helping the needy persons in this time of crisis. His name is
included in the World Book Of Records Star 2020 Online Certificate. He
dedicated the recognition to every frontline warrior and promise to continue
his efforts and motivate others to join the fight against COVID 19.
Many social
organisations comes to the rescue for the needy persons suffering a lot due to
the lockdown for COVID 19. From food kits to medicines and other essential
items they make sure to help them in the fight against Coronavirus. Anurag
Pandey is one such warrior starting to help the needy from the very first day
when Gujarat registered it’s first patient.
Under the
banner of Jay Shree Ambe Charitable Trust, Anurag along with his brother Sumit
Pandey and group of friends Santosh Pradhan and Babu Rajan, started to help the
needy in Ankleshwar area. Without any volunteers they personally prepared the
food kits and other essential items and handover them to the needy persons in
the area.
“After
the first case in Gujarat the one thing that came to my mind was to aware the
people who don’t know a single thing about the virus. Me, my brother and
friends decide to prepare the ration kits, medical kits and distribute them
first to the poor and daily wagers. The medical kits consists of face mask,
sanitiser and soap were distributed to save them from getting any
infection,” said Pandey.
Police,
Doctors and healthcare workers are the frontline warriors in this fight against
Coronavirus and to fight this battle effectively they also need protective gear
as a preventive measure. Police specially are the first in the frontline and
need protection while maintaining law and order situation during the lockdown.
Anurag Pandey and his team also distribute face shields to them in the
Ankleshwar region.
“Police personnel are risking their lives without thinking about their own safety to maintain law and order during this time. We decide to help and distributed more that 350 face shields, masks to them. It is our effort to help them in fight against the virus and also save them from getting any infection while performing their duties,” said Pandey.
Builder by
profession Anurag follows the footsteps of his father L.B. Pandey (founder of
Jay Shree Ambe Charitable Trust) in social services across the Ankleshwar
Region. They do various activities throughout the year and extend their help to
the needy. When Corona hits the region he was not far behind and pick up from
the very first day to reach people and help them. He also announce to open his
school to help government to accommodate Corona patients if needed.
Not only in
Gujarat their trust is helping people in UP from where his family belong.
Anurag
Pandey proudly dedicated his recognition to the frontline warriors and find
himself lucky to be in company of other certificate winners like Amitabh
Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Bappi Lahiri and Vadodara MP Ranjan Bhatt. He pledge to
continue his service to the mankind.
