Snapdeal going to hike 20% salary for its top performers.

E-commerce company snapdeal will give annual salary hikes of 20 percent and above for its top performers. The increase will be effective from April 1, will also include ESPOs for the top performers. "This will benefit about 5-15 per cent of the company's employee base.
