E-launch of Silver Jubilee Commemorative Volume 'Samajgosthi: Rajatotsav' at CHARUSAT

The E-launch of the Silver Jubilee Commemorative Volume 'Samajgosthi: Rajatotsav' was held at CHARUSAT Campus, Changa by the Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Patidar Samaj-Matrusanstha. Former Sheriff Mumbai Dr.M I Patel, President of Matrisanstha-CHRF Naginbhai Patel, Secretary of Matrusanstha-Kelvani Mandal-CHRF Dr. M C Patel were present on this ocassion.

Trustees, office bearers and executive members of all four organizations Matrusanstha, Kelvani Mandal, CHARUSAT and CHRF, including Navneetbhai Patel, Vice President of Matrusanstha, C. A. Patel, and Ashok R Patel, Vice President of Kelvani Mandal, Advisor -Dr. B. G. Patel, Provost Dr. Pankaj Joshi, principals of various colleges, as well as donors and well-wishers living in the country and abroad who participated in Sahiyari Samajyatra, Shikshanyatra and Swasthyatra were present online.

Initially a prayer was offered by the students of university. This was followed by a video presentation on the Development Journey of Matrusanstha-Kelvani Mandal-CHRF. Welcome speech was delivered by CHRF Vice President Virendrabhai Patel. The Registrar of CHARUSAT, Dr. Devang Joshi introduced the dignitaries present at the ceremony and present online.

After this, the first editor and founding editor of Samajgosthi, Convener of the Editorial Board of Samajgosthi Rajatotsav, Ramanbhai V Patel expressed his happiness and presented the history and development journey of Samajgosthi. All four organizations are committed to upholding quality-honesty-ethical values ​​.

Under the leadership of the present Sutradharas, the triple Sahyari Yatra has been developed with the blessings of the saints and the cooperation of the donors, whose melodious Vajintra Samajgosthi completes 25 years today which is a source of joy and pride. Wishing the community progress gradually and celebrating the centenary.

The editor of Samajgosthi and a member of the editorial board of Samajgosthi Rajatotsav, Dr. Sharadbhai Patel said that by publishing various news articles of the four organizations of the society in the country and abroad, the social group binds the Patidars of the country and abroad in unison. Which is the mouthpiece of the upliftment of the Patidar society.

This was followed by the unveiling of 'Samajgosthi: Rajatotsav' souvenir by the convener of the editorial board, Ramanbhai Patel and members Dr Sharadbhai Patel, and Dr. Bhaskar Pandya.

Then the convener and members of editorial board including Jashbhai Patel, and Dhirubhai Patel, were honored with a shawl, a bouquet and a momento. Jayesh Patel was honored on behalf of the Nathabhai Patel (Ashram) family for his significant contribution since the inception of the Samajgosthi.

Blessings were given by Mahant Pujya Ramdasji Maharaj of Nadiad Santram Temple. Former Union Minister Dinsha Patel, Kelavani Mandal-Charuset President Surendra Patel, former Mumbai Sheriff Dr. M.I. Patel, America-based leading donor Ashok Patel, Dr. Anil Patel, Editor-Publisher of Gujarat Samachar-UK C B Patel expressed their opinions through online. Various dignitaries wished the ‘Samajgoshti’ continued uninterrupted progress for decades.

Naginbhai Patel in his presedential address, said that it is difficult to run the mouthpiece of the society and it is difficult to run it for a long time. Congratulations to the editors who have worked hard to run this magazine for completing 25 years today. The next generation of society hopes to run this magazine for 100 years and celebrate the centenary in the future.

It is to be mentioned that ‘Samajgosthi’ is a monthly published by Matrusanstha for the last 25 years and is the mouthpiece of Matrasanstha, Kelvani Mandal, Charuset and CHRF in which various news, reports, articles are published in English and Gujarati.

The 'Samaj Gosthi' was started in 1995. ‘Samajgosthi’ mouthpiece is becoming a guide for the society after completing a journey of 25 years. Apart from India, it is widely spread in different countries of the continents like America, Africa, Europe. So far, more than 300 issues of 'Samajgosthi' have been published with 5000 copies and it does an excellent and noble job of conveying the progress of the society to the families living in the country and abroad.
