    In a ill fated incident a youth died after the lift he is repairing crushed on him. The incident happened at Shreeji Darshan Complex at Waghodia road when the elevator cable suddenly broke and crushed the serviceman.

    As per details, Ejaz Allarakha Dhobi (22) resides in 302, Amber apartment in Hathikhana area of ​​the city was working as a lift serviceman. On Tuesday afternoon he went to Shreeji Darshan Complex on Waghodia Road and repairing the elevator.

    Meanwhile the cable broke and the elevator fell below his neck killing him on the spot. Residents of the complex rushed to the spot after heard a thud sound and shocked to see the youth killed by a freak accident.

    The residents reported the incident to the police and they reached the spot. After preliminary investigation they sent the body for postmortem and further investigating after registered a case of accidental death.
