Ingredients:

–    1 tsp Turmeric powder –

–    1 Cauliflower

–    Salt to taste

–    Oil for deep frying

–    1 cup Maida

–    1/2 cup Corn Flour

–    1/4 cup Rice Flour

–    2 tsp Sugar

–    2 tsp Chilli powder

–    3 tspTomato Ketchup

–    1/2 tsp  Turmeric powder

–    2 tsp Garam Masala

–    2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

–    Water as needed

–    1 tsp Oil

–    6 cloves Garlic

–    1 small sliced thinly Onion

–    2 Green Chilli

–    1 sliced Bell peppers

–    1 sprig Curry leaves

Method to make Gobi 65

–    Take chopped Gobi in a pan with water. Boil it with some salt and turmeric powder till it is cooked. Drain it and set aside.

–    Take all the ingredients Add water and make into a smooth paste.

–    Heat oil for deep frying. Drop in the cauliflower pieces in oil and fry till golden.

–    Heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai. Add garlic and curry leaves. Fry for 30 sec.

–    Add in chilies and onions and saute for a minute. Add in bell peppers and salt and mix well.

–    Gobi 65 is ready. Serve hot.
