Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder -
- 1 Cauliflower
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 cup Maida
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- 3 tspTomato Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Water as needed
- 1 tsp Oil
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 small sliced thinly Onion
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 sliced Bell peppers
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
Method to make Gobi 65
- Take chopped Gobi in a pan with water. Boil it with some salt and turmeric powder till it is cooked. Drain it and set aside.
- Take all the ingredients Add water and make into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Drop in the cauliflower pieces in oil and fry till golden.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai. Add garlic and curry leaves. Fry for 30 sec.
- Add in chilies and onions and saute for a minute. Add in bell peppers and salt and mix well.
- Gobi 65 is ready. Serve hot.
