Presentation of unknown facts of Indulal Yagnik by historian Professor Rizwan Kadri

Highlighted some of the unknown facts related to his life in a lecture series in Vadodara

Indulal Kanaiyalal Yagnik popularly known as Indu Chacha was a mass leader and a leader of the All India Kisan Sabha who led the Mahagujarat Movement, which spearheaded the demand for the separate statehood for Gujarat. As we celebrate his 128th birth anniversary, popular historian Professor Rizwan Kadri highlighted some of the unknown facts related to his life in a lecture series in Vadodara.

Indulal Yagnik was a mass leader and dedicated his life to serve the people without any expectations. Rizwan said Indulal Yagnik was such a personality that if he wish he would become first CM of Gujarat. There are lots of unknown facts regarding the great leader which he highlight in his presentation.

"I found lots of unknown details about Indulal Yagnik during my visit to archives and other parts of the country. Some of the facts which are yet not comes out will be the part of his presentation. He also find two posters of his films namely Pavagadh Nu Patan and Young India which he showcased in the programme. Indulal was a leader who dedicate his life to people and never expect anything in return," said Kadri.
