Accused used stolen car for the crime

Vadodara police recovered the black I 20 car used in the sensational broad daylight robbery of 6 lakh cash from the custodian of Writer Safeguard on Thursday. The car was found abandoned near Fatehpura with police written on the front and rear glass. The car belongs to one Pradeep Kadam who gives a complaint in Raopura police on 23rd June against unknown persons for stole it from him.

On Thursday the broad daylight robbery of 6 lakh cash from the custodian of Writer Safeguard shocked everyone as the accused snatched the box from him in the crowded Muktanand crossroads in Karelibaug area of the city. The accused used a black car to fled from the spot and on Friday the police found it abandoned near Fatehpura.

The car was parked near Mangleshwar Zampa on roadside with police written on front and rear window panes. After investigation the police found the car belongs to one Pradeep Kadam lives in Indira Nivas Dandiya Bazaar. Furthermore the police get to know that a theft complaint was already registered by Kadam in Raopura police station on 23rd June against unknown persons.

Police is now looking for the CCTV footage of various areas from where the car passed and other angles to catch the accused.
