    Residents of Sangeeta apartment stopped a ambulance on Sunday from entering Baroda imaging centre

    Residents of the society in Vadodara prevented a ambulance with a patient inside from entering into the premises of Baroda Imaging centre. The same patient is said to be died during treatment on Monday. Police had earlier arrested 13 people in this connection.

    As per details Dr. Viren Shantilal Shah, who owns the Baroda Imaging Center at Sangeeta Apartments in Alkapuri lodged a complaint in Sayajigunj police station. In his complaint he mentioned about currently examining and reporting patients as a radiologist as per government guidelines. On Saturday evening the residents mesaaged him about closing the gate as Corona patients are coming to his centre. He replied by saying that it is illegal to stop the service of doctors in this epidemic and government can take action. He was not responsible if the gate is closed.

    Later on Saturday night an ambulance arrived there with a patient from the ICU of Rhythm Hospital to the Baroda Imaging Center for examination. But the residents stood at the gate of the society and blocked the road in front of ambulance. Police later arrived at the spot and detained 13 people in this matter.

    Residents demand ban on testing of corona patients at Baroda Imaging Center as they dear might catching the infection.
