In order to spread awareness about healthy eating habits Faculty of Education and Psychology, MSU organised  Nutritious Khana Khazana- Food Festival on Monday. The festival was held as part of the ‘National Nutritional Week’ in the faculty.

The event coordinators Dr.Deepika Rajawat, Dr.Gitanjali Roy and Pooja Shrivastava along with the students of Education and Psychology set up eight stalls of healthy and nutritious food at the faculty quadrangle.

They displayed honey mint lemonade, club sandwitch, sprouts bhel, multigrain mint coriander panipuri, Fruit salad, lemon rice with desi butter milk and corn chat. The prime motive is to spread awareness about health and appropriate nutrition, avoid sugar, Trans fat and others.

To aware the people stop using plastic, the organisers use paper during the display and serve the nutritious food to the visitors. They use boiled, without oil and spices food which not leads to acidity in people.
