Not just treatment but precautions too for COVID 19 by Parul University

Parul University has been offering multiple courses in the medical and paramedical sector imparting a sense of service for mankind. In current situation the university is making efforts to achieve a healthier tomorrow for the society.

In
its service to the current pandemic, the University took an initiative to provide
door to door Ukado (Decoction) and Homoepathic medicines Ars. Alb. 30 as per
the guidelines prescribed by ministry of Ayush for increasing one’s immune
system against COVID. The University’s Homoeopathic students went door to door
to around two lakh citizens residing in and around waghodia. 

These
medicines have proven to be beneficial in the past during the outbreak of
dengue too. With proactive measures and pre distribution of Ayurved and
Homoeopathy Medicines by the University, dengue cases were significantly
reduced in these villages as no case was recorded in people who took those
medicines.

Also,
the University’s Medical College became the first Private Medical College
permitted by ICMR to conduct Covid’19 Tests.
