Part of Pavagadh temple kitchen caved in during renovation

Devotees visited the famous Pavagadh shrine had to run for cover after a part of kitchen at the temple premises caved in during the ongoing renovation work. However no casualities reported in the incident but a major accident was averted as nearly 50000 devotees reached the temple on Sunday.

As per available details a part of kitchen in temple area caved in around afternoon on Sunday which makes devotees run for cover. Renovation work is going on at the place and in between that the incident happened which shocked everyone. No one was reported injured but a major accident was averted as thousands of devotees reached the temple to visit the famous Shaktipith of Godess Kali.

The temple was closed for long due to lockdown and opened for people after the relaxation given by the government. Renovation work is going on at the place and in the meantime a part of the kitchen caved in at the premises. The administration close the traffic after devotees gathered in big numbers.

Temple Officials and local administration reached the spot after the incident and began work to remove the debris.
