Board Examinee Kidnapped, Brutally Assaulted in Barmer

A Class 12 board examinee was allegedly abducted and brutally assaulted in Barmer, triggering shock and outrage in the area. According to police, the minor student was forcibly taken away by unidentified men and subjected to severe torture, during which his fingers were reportedly broken and several nails were pulled out. Hours later, the attackers dumped him on a deserted roadside and fled.

Passersby spotted the injured boy and informed authorities, following which he was rushed to a nearby hospital and later referred for advanced treatment due to the seriousness of his injuries. Police have registered a case of abduction and grievous assault and formed special teams to trace the accused.
