Nearby residents raised concern about special CCC at ITI Ajwa road

Get convinced after briefed about proper care being taken at the centre

Special Corona Care centre is started in Ibrahim Bawani ITI at Ajwa road area in Vadodara. However the nearby residents of Kamlanagar raised their objection about the centre and approached OSD Dr. Vinod Rao. They were later get convinced after briefed about proper care being taken at the centre and expressed satisfaction.

After dividing the Vadodara city into four zones under important strategies of zoning, screening and sampling, the district administration is working on Microplanning for early detection and treatment. The 3/3 strategy is extended up to three stages and the administration is working closely on each stage to fight COVID 19. The three tier system extends upto three stages where the first tier is COVID Care Centre (CCC) followed by COVID Health Center in second tier and Dedicated COVID hospital in the third.

Working on the same the administration opens the CCC at Ibrahim Bawani ITI at ajwa road to accommodate non symptomatic patients by providing them minimum facilities, Ayush Doctor, Simple Nursing facilities and simple medical care. However the nearby residents of Kamlanagar raised their concern and met OSD Dr. Vinod Rao. Later they were convinced after briefed about the facilities and strict care being taken at the CCC.

“The decision to create Covid Care Center in ITI, Ajwa Road was taken after we personally visited the site and got convinced that the building is at a safe distance from neighboring residential areas. Despite it being at a distance we had undertaken sanitization of neighborhood. Sufficient police bandobast including an SRP Tent has been erected there. The representative of Kamlanagar Residents Association had expressed his satisfaction through WhatsApp message with me,” said Dr. Rao in a statement.
