The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda has been ranked 40th in All India level in the Hansa-Week Ranking of Indian Universities. The ranking includes both State and Private Universities. MSU is the only university from Gujarat to appear in this list.
The Week in association with Hansa Research Group conducts an annual survey to declare ranking of Best Universities of India based on perceptual responses of educational experts and information and data collected from the participating institutions. The Ranking – 2020 is published in “The Week” 26th July issue.

MSU Baroda ranked 40th in All India level in the Hansa-Week Ranking of Indian Universities in Week Ranking of Best universities-2020. The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda is also ranked 22nd in All India level in the ranking of State Universities.It has been Ranked 6th in the West Zone in these Rankings and has appeared in the top 40 list of 2019.
