Primary police investigation revealed taking the extreme step in money matter

A middle aged man from Ahmedabad had committed suicide at the Amity Hotel in Sayajiganj area of ​Vadodara city. Primary police investigation said to be revealed that he took the extreme step in money matter. The body was handed over to his family after an autopsy was conducted on this morning.

Alpeshbhai Nagjibhai Patel, 50, living in Parijat flat in Bopal area of ​​Ahmedabad on Monday evening stayed at Amity Hotel in Sayajiganj area. He was allotted room number-5 from the hotel and given his Aadhaar card as proof.

 He was scheduled to checkout on Tuesday but failed to come out of the room. The staff grew suspicious and after checking they found him hanging inside the room.

Meanwhile, the incident was reported to Sayajiganj police who rushed to the spot and began investigating.  They took possession of the body and sent it to Sayaji Hospital for postmortem.

On the other hand, Alpeshbhai Patel’s suicide was reported to his family and his brother arrived in Vadodara late at night. After getting primary details from the deceased’s brother, police registered the case and began investigation in the matter. On Wednesday morning the body was handed over to the family for final rites.

Police investigation said to be revealed that Alpesh Patel took the extreme step due to money matter. Currently police have registered a case of suicide and start investigating in the matter. initiated proceedings. The family is likely to file a complaint in his death.
