Male from Nagarwada in Vadodara tested positive of Coronavirus

Total number of cases reached to 10

After a gap a male from Nagarwada area in Vadodara tested positive of Coronavirus. With this total 10 cases reported from the city and out of which four are discharged and one died during treatment. Four others are presently under treatment as per standard protocol.

District Collector Shalini Agrawal informed that the person was admitted in the SSG hospital yesterday afternoon with suspicious symptoms. His samples were taken for checking and on Sunday morning he is tested positive of Coronavirus. VMSS teams are also taking preventive measures for his family after the reports.

As per VMSS health department till date no travel history comes out in their investigation but they are checking the same with their contacts and taking preventive measures. The new case takes the number to 10 in Vadodara. The person is suffering from heart ailments and hypertension.
