Western Railway to run 24 trips of weekly superfast special trains between Delhi Sarai Rohilla -Okha and Vadodara – Jhansi

For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand during the festive season, Western Railway has decided to run 24 trips of Weekly Special Trains between Delhi Sarai Rohilla -Okha and Vadodara – Jhansi. These special trains will run on special fare.

According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur - Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of the special trains are:

1) Train No. 09523/09524 Okha - Delhi Sarai Rohilla Superfast Special (Weekly) [12 Trips]

Train No. 09523 Okha-Delhi Sarai Rohilla special will depart Okha every Tuesday at 10.00 hrs & will reach Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 10.10 hrs the next day. This train will run from 26th October, 2021 to 30th November 2021. Similarly, Train No. 09524 Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Okha special will depart Delhi Sarai Rohilla every Wednesday at 13.20 hrs & will arrive Okha at 13.50 hrs the next day. This train will run from 27th October, 2021 to 1st December, 2021.

Enroute this train will halt at Dwarka, Khambhaliya, Jamnagar, Hapa, Rajkot Jn, Surendranagar, Viramgam Jn, Mahesana Jn, Unjha, Siddhpur, Palanpur Jn, Abu Road., Falna, Marwar Jn., Beawar, Ajmer, Jaipur, Gandhinagar Jaipur, Bandikui, Alwar and Rewari stations in both directions. This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and Second Class Seating coaches.

2) Train No. 09177/09178 Vadodara - Jhansi Superfast Special (Weekly) [12 Trips]

Train No. 09177 Vadodara - Jhansi special will depart Vadodara every Saturday at 09.15 hrs & will reach Jhansi at 04.30 hrs the next day. This train will run from 23rd October, 2021 to 27th November 2021. Similarly, Train No. 09178 Jhansi - Vadodara special will depart Jhansi every Sunday at 07.10 hrs & will arrive Vadodara at 02.30 hrs the next day. This train will run from 24th October, 2021 to 28th November, 2021.

Enroute this train will halt at Godhra, Dahod, Ratlam, Nagda, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Hindaun City, Bayana Jn, Agra Cantt. and Gwalior stations in both directions. This train comprises of First AC, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and Second Class Seating coaches.

The booking of Train Nos. 09523 and 09177 will open from 15th October, 2021 at nominated PRS counters and IRCTC website. All trains will run as fully reserved trains.

It is worth mentioning that only passengers having confirmed tickets will be permitted to board the special train.
