An incident of mistreatment of a specially-abled child by an IndiGo staff on Saturday in Ranchi airport came to light, forcing the company to offer a feeble apology in the wake of the social media backlash.
A social media user narrated the incident in detail on her Facebook page.
In the wake of the social media backlash, Indigo, in a series of tweets, offered an apology saying, "We regret the inconvenience caused to the passengers."
