Room rates at Mumbai’s top luxury hotels have surged dramatically ahead of Anant Ambani’s wedding this week, creating high demand from July 11-17.

The wedding, set for July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), has led to skyrocketing prices at luxury hotels.

Prominent examples include the Four Seasons Mumbai, which is offering a presidential suite on July 12 for Rs 5 lakh per night, excluding Rs 90,000 taxes.

According to a report, the Trident in Bandra Kurla has no available rooms from July 11-12, while the Sofitel Mumbai BKC charges Rs 66,434 for a night on July 11. 

The Trident at Nariman Point offers rooms at Rs 36,875 for the same date, and the ITC Grand Central's rate stands at Rs 25,370.

The Oberoi Mumbai is charging Rs 63,130, and Taj The Trees has rooms available for Rs 42,362.

 A room at Holiday Inn near the Mumbai International Airport costs Rs 25,699.

According to sources, rates at some hotels have skyrocketed. A hotel that typically charges Rs 13,000 is now quoting Rs 91,350 per night on July 14.

 This dramatic price hike reflects the high-profile nature of the wedding, attracting guests from around the world.
