1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup tomato
1/4 cup cabbage
1/4 cup capsicum (green pepper)
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon spring onions
salt as required
HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE CHAPATI NOODLES
Step 1 / 5 Heat Oil And Saute Veggies
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add garlic and onion and saute for a while. Now add all the other veggies and lightly saute for 6-8 minutes.
Step 2 / 5 Cut Chapati Into Long Noodles
Now cut thin slices of chapatis in the shape of long noodles.
Step 3 / 5 Add Soy Sauce And Ketchup
Now add soy sauce and ketchup to the kadhai. Add black pepper and salt as per your taste and mix.
Step 4 / 5 Lastly Add The Chapati Noodles
Lastly, add the chapati noodles to the kadhai and mix gently. Cook for the last 2-3 minutes with the lid on.
