INGREDIENTS OF THREE TREASURES RICE PUDDING

4 Servings

200 gm rice

300 ml full cream milk

100 gm sugar

5 gm green cardamom

60 ml condensed milk

80 gm ghee

100 gm carrot

100 gm kiwi

20 ml kiwi syrup

HOW TO MAKE THREE TREASURES RICE PUDDING

Step 1 / 5 Soak Rice

Soak the rice in cold water for 45 minutes.

Step 2 / 5 Boil Milk And And Add Soaked Rice, Then Cook

In a thick bottom pan, boil the milk. Add soaked rice. Keep simmering till the rice gets cooked. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Keep it for cooling for some time.

Step 3 / 5 Divide The Rice And Mix With Carrot And Kiwi

Divide the cooked rice into three parts. Then add 20ml sweetened condensed milk in each part. In one part, add the grated boiled carrot. In the second part, add chopped Kiwi and kiwi syrup. Mix well.

Step 4 / 5 Make Layers Of The Divided Rice

In a pudding mold, apply ghee on the sides. Pour Kiwi flavoured rice to make a layer. Make the next layer with a regular rice batch. And lastly make a layer of carrot flavoured rice on the top.

Step 5 / 5 Cook In Oven

Place the mould in an oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Cool it for 30 minutes and serve it cold. Suggested garnish with dry fruits or seasonal strawberries.
