Navratri fast is usually observed for 9 days and ends with ashtami/navami. While fasting, people usually resort to fried and sugary foods, which makes the fast unhealthy instead. Avoid consuming such items and instead have fruits, veggies and some healthy foods like this Sabudana Dosa.
