200 gm tomato

10 gm garlic

salt as required

2 green chilli

20 gm onion

2 teaspoon virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon black pepper

To prepare this delicious salsa recipe, wash the tomatoes under running water and pat them dry. 

Peel the onion and garlic and slice them in a small bowl.

Next, wash the green chillies and finely chop them. Then, chop the tomatoes in a large bowl and keep aside.

Mix together all these ingredients in an oven safe bowl and roast them in an oven for about 10 minutes. Pour virgin olive oil in the bowl and stir once to mix all ingredients. Cook lightly.

Take out when done, and let it cool at room temperature. Then take a blender jar and add the roasted tomatoes in it, blend the ingredients to make a fine puree. Adjust seasoning (salt and black pepper) in the salsa and mix once. Enjoy with nachos and tortillas.
