2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 dashes powdered cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon sage
salt as required
HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN FRIES
Step 1 / 4 Preheat The Oven At 200 Degree Celsius
Start by pre-heating the oven to a temperature of 200 degree Celsius. Meanwhile, line a baking tray with aluminium foil and set it aside.
Step 2 / 4 Peel And Cut Pumpkin Slices Like Fries
Now, peel the skin of the pumpkin and chop them into slices of the size of fries. Now, in a medium-sized bowl, pour some olive oil and toss all the pumpkin slices in it.
Step 3 / 4 Toss These Pumpkin Slices In Herbs And Spices
Sprinkle chopped thyme, garlic, basil and parsley leaves over it along with the spices like salt, paprika and chilli flakes. Toss them well so that they have an even coating of the spices and herbs.
