Try this scrumptious recipe of Prawn with Lemon Quiche that you can easily make at home and impress everyone with your culinary skills.
You will need Filo sheets to make the pastry puff, but if you can't find them, you can use any other type of pasty sheets as well.
The prawns are cooked separately, while the pasty puff is baked until crispy. The two are then combined to form the final dish.
You can serve this exotic dish at Christmas party or New Year party.

210 gm prawns
4 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped dill leaves
1 teaspoon grated lemon rinds
4 egg
2 filo sheets
1/4 cup low fat milk
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
15 gm grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon ground green pea split
Step 1 / 5 Preheat The Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 / 5 Mix The Ingredients
In bowl, add clean prawns, green onions, pea paste, dill and grated lemon rinds. Mix well to combine. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook this mixture in it until the prawns are cooked.
Step 3 / 5 Do The Layering
Place 1 filo sheet on a flat surface. Spray with oil. Place the other filo sheet on it and again spray with oil. Roll the sides a bit to make a pastry puff.
Step 4 / 5 Baking The Pastry Puff
Place the pastry puff on a baking tray. Whisk the eggs, grated parmesan cheese and milk in a bowl. Pour it all over the pastry puff and bake it for 35 minutes.

Once baked, place the cooked prawns on it and serve hot.
