However, you can tweak it as per your preference. Made with the goodness of veggies, protein rich peanuts, chickpeas and immunity boosting spices and classic green chutney, this dish is a must try for rainy evenings.

1 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup raw peanuts
2 tomato
2 medium onion
5 green chilli
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 cucumber
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon green chutney
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
sev as required
black salt as required
dash salt
1 pinches turmeric
Step 1 / 3 Dry Roast And Soak The Peanuts
To begin with this easy recipe, soak 1 cup of peanuts. In the meantime, heat a pan and dry roast 1 cup peanuts and keep aside. Keep both the peanuts separately.
Step 2 / 3 Wash And Peel The Veggies
Next, wash. peel and chop the veggies, coriander leaves and put them in a large bowl. Meanwhile, take a bowl and add green chutney lemon juice, spices and whisk them together. Add this to the veggies and toss nicely
Step 3 / 3 Add Sev And Enjoy
Lastly, add in both the peanuts and toss them really well. Add sev and garnish the way you like. Enjoy!
