This mixed dal dosa is a combination of five different types of dals like toor, yellow moong, urad, chana and moong chilka mixed with some rice.
The batter doesn't even require fermentation, you just need to soak it for some while. It will give out thin and crispy dosas that are so delicious that you won't stop asking for more.
It can be paired up with the classic coconut chutney, sambhar or even mint chutney and roasted tomato chutney.
Be it kids or adults, everyone will love it for sure. We have just added some garlic, green chillies and salt for flavours, however, you can also add ginger, black pepper powder etc.
Serve it plain or fill some potato mixture in it to transform it into a masala dosa. This tasty mixed dal dosa is apt for breakfast, lunch and even dinner.
It is packed with protein and is not even high in calories.
