1 mango
1/2 cup full cream milk
2 tablespoon sugar
How to make Mango Rolls
Step 1
Rinse the samak rice with fresh water. Take a pan and add milk, sugar and rinsed samak rice and cook it on low flame. When the mixture is cooked properly, add cardamom powder, and mix properly in the pan. You can add more milk for moisture.

Switch off the flame, and keep it aside for cooling. Slice the mangoes, strawberries an chop the mint leaves. Now, take the cooled samak rice mixture, and fill it carefully in mango slices.
