3 cup raw mango
2 pinch asafoetida
salt as required
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
3 teaspoon neem leaves
2 teaspoon refined oil
2 teaspoon ghee
Step 1 / 4 Peel And Chop The Mangoes
To begin with, peel the skin of the mangoes. Then, chop the mangoes in a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2 / 4 Mix Jaggery And Mangoes
Next, put a large pan on medium flame and add mango pieces in it along with some water. Allow the mangoes to cook for a few minutes. Then, add jaggery and salt to the pan and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 3 / 4 Prepare The Tempering
On the other hand, put another pan on low flame and heat refined oil in it. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds. Afterwards, turn off the flame and pour these mustard seeds into the pan with mango mixture.
Step 4 / 4 Prepare The Mango Pachadi
Add asafoetida, neem leaves and red chillies in the pan and allow them to cook for another few minutes while stirring occasionally.
Once the ingredients have blended well, turn off the flame and your Mango Pachadi is now ready to be served. Serve warm with love.
