60 gm mango
60 gm avocados
20 cup arugula
30 gm bocconcini cheese
10 ml virgin olive oil
5 ml lemon juice
10 gm american corn kernels
salt as required
powdered black pepper as required
HOW TO MAKE MANGO CHEESE AND AVOCADO SALAD
Step 1 / 4 Divide The Ingredients In Different Bowls
Peel and chop the mango and avocados. Place the mango, avocados and Bocconcini cheese into 3 different small-sized bowls.
Step 2 / 4 Prepare The Marination
In a small bowl, prepare the marination by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper.
Pour 2/3rd of the marinade over the diced avocado and let it chill for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Divide the remaining 1/3 of the marinade into two and pour evenly over the cheese slices and diced mangoes.
