Many people also prepare makhan mishri with malai, but for that, you need to collect malai for 4-5 days to have enough malai for the preparation. This recipe will make instant Makhan Mishri that you can prepare with easily available ingredients.

INGREDIENTS OF MAKHAN MISHRI

1/2 cup ghee
4 tablespoon mishri
6 ice cubes
2 leaves mint leaves
HOW TO MAKE MAKHAN MISHRI
Step 1 / 2 Preparation
Add ice cubes to a bowl. Now add ghee to the bowl and use a whisker to quickly whisk it. Within a minute of whisking, you will notice that makhan will start forming.
Keep whisking for a few minutes to prepare a smooth mixture. Once makhan is formed, take out the ice cubes from the bowl. Now add mishri to the bowl and again mix well.
Step 2 / 2 Serve
Take out the Makhan Mishri in a serving bowl and garnish with two mint leaves. Your Makhan Mishri Bhog is now ready.
