1 cup almonds

1 tablespoon sugar

1 1/2 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds ground

salt as required

To prepare this easy recipe, take a non-stick pan and put it over the medium flame. When the pan is hot add almonds to it and toss for 2-3 minutes until it is lightly toasted.

Now, take a small glass bowl and add sugar, honey, kashmiri red chilli powder, ground cumin seeds and salt to it. Mix well and microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a high temperature. Take out this mixture in a pan, add almonds and cook by continuous stirring for 2 minutes over medium flame.

Now, spread a thin layer of almond over a large baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes at 175 degrees C.

When done, take out from the microwave and break any cluster left. Serve or store in a air tight container. Tip: You can substitute normal salt with sea salt to make this recipe during fastings.
